| Al is very strait forward and realistic without being pushy in providing options. With an older vehicle, he asked what our goals were and if it made sense to fix or ?Cry Uncle? and move on. I never feel like he is upselling, but rather educating on options. We were referred by locals and continue to return for repeat service. |
