| We took our second vehicle to Al's for the first time - 2014 Highlander - after getting recommendations from the Dealer for repairs. As with our first vehicle, Al's team quickly determined that the Dealer recommendations were not going to resolve the root cause of brake issues nor go far enough on the tune-up and other work to be sure the Highlander is running the best it can. Since we plan to keep this vehicle as long a possible, we appreciated Al's transparency and technical knowledge on the unique needs of the car. We are glad that we have found Al's Auto Repair as a replacement to going to the Dealer. You should not hesitate to use them as well. Courteous, professional, technically knowledgable, prompt work with top quality. |
