| Whether it's to get my oil changed or have something repaired, I never mind it because I know the work will be completed in a timely manner and what's being worked on is something needed and not some bogus repair to make extra money. | As ususal, Al's has come through with excellent and honest service. Al's works on 2 of my cars, a 2003 Toyota Highlander with 217K miles, and a Honda CRV with 56K miles. I can always trust him to make sure that we look at recommended services and balance that with the budget (single mom) and the reality of owning a vehicle with such high mileage. He services all the vehicles for our extended family. He is so knowlegeable about the vehicles, he knows when to recommend higher priced manufacturer items rather than possibly wasting time and money with after market items. A example of this was when he recommended I use only Honda windshield wipers, that there is a slight curvature to the Honda windshied, so after-market blades just don't do the trick. That's service for you, as I am sure his margins aren't nearly as large on manufacturer items as compared to after-market, but he always places the customer's needs first. We love him! |
